REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS

• Birth Certificates
• Passports or Driver's License
• Home Address (for each client)
• Occupation (for each client)
• Immigration Cards (stamped locally at airport)
• Original of proof if name changed by 'Deed Poll'
• Original of proof of 'Decree Absolute' if one or both of the parties is divorced
• Original of 'Death Certificate' if one or both parties is widowed and certified copy of previous marriage certificate.
• Sworn Affidavit by parents or guardians of persons under 21 years
• Documents such as Birth Certificates and Divorce Decree Absolutes must be officially translated into English

RESIDENCY

• A residency period of 2 full working days in St. Lucia is necessary before an application can be made to the Attorney General. A civil wedding may be performed at the resort from Monday through Saturday between 10 am ~ 6pm.
• To expedite the legal paperwork, fax or mail copies of the required documentation to the Resort's Wedding Coordinator at least one month prior to the couple's arrival date.
• The couple is required to bring along all original documentation.
• To confirm a wedding date and time please advise the wedding coordinator of your travel dates.
